UPSC ( Union public service commission )
UPSC (Union public service commissions) हिन्दी में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग, जो Civil services (नागरिक सेवा) के लिए परीक्षा आयोजित कराती है। इसके जरिए Aspirants(आकांक्षी) को अलग अलग पद के लिए चयनित किया जाता है, जैसे IAS, IPS, IFS etc. इस परीक्षा को उत्तीर्ण करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को देस के प्रशासनिक ढांचे में महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाने का मौका मिलता है। यूनियन पब्लिक सर्विस कमिशन द्वारा प्रत्येक वर्ष नागरिक सेवाओं के लिए अधिकारी के पद पर भर्ती परीक्षा आयोजित कराती है।
UPSC परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने पर कौन कौन से पद मिल सकते हैं
प्रत्येक वर्ष UPSC (लोक संघ सेवा आयोग) सिविल सर्विस के लिए परीक्षा आयोजित कराती है। जिसके जरिए केंद्र सरकार के कई अफसरों का चयन होता है। जैसा कि अधिकतर लोग जानते हैं कि इस परीक्षा को पास उत्तीर्ण करने पर आपकी योग्यता के आधार पर IAS, IPS, IFS जैसी नौकरिया मिलती है। लेकिन एक विद्यार्थि होने के नाते आपको जानकारी होनी चाहिए की CSE (civil services exam) केवल आईएएस, आईपीएस तक ही सीमित नहीं है। UPSC के जरिए देश के 24 सरकारी सेवाओं के पद के लिए योग्य उम्मीदवार चयनित किए जाते हैं। यानी UPSC exam clear करके आप देश के 24 गवर्नमेंट सर्विसेज में जा सकते हैं। इन 24 गवर्नमेंट सर्विसेज को तीन ग्रुप में बाटा गया है।
● ऑल इंडिया सिविल सर्विसेज
● ग्रुप ए सिविल सर्विसेज
● ग्रुप बी सिविल सर्विसेज
UPSC सिविल सर्विसेज की परीक्षा में भाग लेने के लिए योग्यता
Upsc सिविल सर्विसेज की परीक्षा देने के लिए आपकी न्यूनतम उम्र 21 वर्ष होनी चाहिए और आप भारत के नागरिक होने चाहिए, और मान्यताप्राप्त संस्थान या यूनिवर्सिटी से स्नातक उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए। परीक्षा में भाग लेने के लिए आपकी योग्यता तीन चीजों पर निर्भर करती है, 1. आपकी सैक्षनिक योग्यता 2. उम्र सीमा 3. नंबर ऑफ अटेंप्ट्स
1. सैक्षनिक योग्यता – आवेदक किसी भी मान्यताप्राप्त संस्थान द्वारा स्नातक की डिग्री ली होनी चाहिए (सभी वर्गो के लिए)
2. उम्र सीमा – जनरल कटेगरी के उम्मीदवार 32 की उम्र तक exam दे सकते हैं, ओबीसी कटेगरी के उम्मीदवार 35 की उम्र तक UPSC परीक्षा में भाग ले सकते हैं, वही sc, st इन दोनों वर्गो के उम्मीदवार 37 की उम्र तक परीक्षा में भाग ले सकते हैं।
3. नम्बर ऑफ अटेंप्ट्स – जनरल कटेगरी के उम्मीदवार 6 बार इस परीक्षा में भाग ले सकते हैं, ओबीसी कटेगरी के उम्मीदवार 9 बार इस परीक्षा में भाग ले सकते हैं, sc, st उम्मीदवारों के लिए कोई सीमा निर्धारित नहीं है।
सिविल सेवा परीक्षा के विषय (Syllabus)
सिविल सेवा परीक्षा मुख्य दो चरणों में होती है।
(१) सिविल सेवा प्रारंभिक परीक्षा (prelims) इस परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होने पर आप मुख्य परीक्षा हेतु चयनित होते हैं।
(२) सिविल सेवा मुख्य परीक्षा (लिखित एवं साक्षात्कार)
A. प्रारंभिक परीक्षा (prelims)
इस परीक्षा में दो अनिवार्य प्रश्नपत्र, जिनमे प्रत्येक 200 अंकों के होते हैं, दोनों प्रश्नपत्र में वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार (ऑब्जेक्टिव) के प्रश्न होते हैं, जिनमे पहला पेपर genral science का होता है, जबकि दूसरा पेपर सी-सैट यानी मैथमेटिक्स, इंग्लिश इत्यादि सब्जेक्ट का होता है।
B. मुख्य परीक्षा (mains)
लिखित परीक्षा में निम्नलिखित प्रश्नपत्र होंगे-
अर्हक प्रश्नपत्र : [ उत्तीर्ण होना आवश्यक है परंतु इनके प्राप्तांक परीक्षा फल में नहीं जोड़े जाएंगे ]
प्रश्नपत्र- क : संविधान के आठवीं अनुसूची में सम्मलित भाषाओं में से उम्मीदवार द्वारा चुनी गई एक भारतीय भाषा। [300 अंक]
प्रश्नपत्र- ख : अंग्रेजी। [300 अंक]
वरीयता क्रम के लिए जिन प्रश्नपत्रो को आधर बनाया जाएगा वे इस प्रकार हैं :

निबंध [250 अंक]
प्रश्नपत्र-2
समान्य अध्ययन-1 ( भारतीय विरासत एवं संस्कृति, विश्व का इतिहास एवं भूगोल एवं समाज ) [250 अंक]
प्रश्नपत्र-3
समान्य अध्ययन-2 ( सासन व्यवस्था, संविधान,सासन प्रणाली, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय संबंध ) [250 अंक]
प्रश्नपत्र-4
समान्य अध्ययन- तीसरा ( प्रौद्योगिकी, आर्थिक विकास,जैव विविधता, पर्यावरण, सुरक्षा एवं आपदा प्रबंधन ) [250 अंक]
प्रश्नपत्र-5
समान्य अध्ययन-4 ( नीतिशास्त्र, सत्यनिष्ठा एवं अभिरुचि ) [250 अंक]
प्रश्नपत्र-6
वैकल्पिक विषय : प्रश्नपत्र पहला [250 अंक]
प्रश्नपत्र-7
वैकल्पिक विषय : प्रश्नपत्र दूसरा [250 अंक]
उपरोक्त ( लिखित परीक्षा ) = 1750 अंक
साक्षात्कार = 275 अंक
कुल अंक = 2025
